  • Who is Milyki?

  • Milyki is a Swiss customizable fine jewelry brand. We are specialized in jewelry personalization and bespoke design. While most jewelers focus on selling mass produced items, Milyki designs and makes high quality jewelry pieces that are vastly customizable, directly by our customers from our web site.
    We believe that jewel must be a very personal and intimate accessory and must conveys values, history and emotion of the person who wears it. This is the reason why we make our collection entirely customizable.

  • What is the difference between Customization (or Personalization) and Bespoke?

  • Customization (or Personalization) is giving the choice to our customers to adapt and transform a jewelry piece from a base model available on our web site. All jewelry sold on Milyki web site are fully customizable. You can for example change the gold color and chose your favorite gemstone among many ones to make the jewelry very special and personal to you.
    Bespoke creation refers to a special order. In this case, the creativity is the only limit. The result of the bespoke design is a one of a kind jewelry piece. We are happy and always quite excited to take special request from our customers. Feel free to share with us a description or hand sketches of your dream jewelry. We will advise and answer with quote. Because making designs that tell your emotion, values and story is our mission, the bespoke design service is always free of charge.

  • Can I commission a bespoke order?

  • Yes. All products presented on our website are already customizable. However, if this is not enough and you have in mind a very special and unique design, you can use our free design service. Unlike many other brand, we don’t charge any design fees.
    Don’t hesitate to send us your sketches and/or description of your dream jewelry piece, we will be more than happy to provide guidance and to make an estimate without any obligation.

  • How to know my finger size?

  • Many shops will help you measure your finger size using a ring sizer. If you already have a ring that suits you, it can also be measured in any jewelry store. Otherwise, Milyki can also send you a free ring sizer on request by writing to us at info@milyki.com.

  • Can I order and purchase one single unit of earrings?

  • Yes. Jewelry personalization is our purpose. Customer full satisfaction is very important to us. On the page of the earring product, you have the option to buy a single unit of earrings.
    For the asymmetric designs, you can of course choose to purchase only the left or right unit. There is absolutely no additional charge, the total price is simply divided by 2.

  • Where is the jewlery manufactured?

  • Milyki’s jewelry is made at our own workshops or our partners’ workshops in Switzerland and Italy.
    We have chosen these localities, focusing on product quality and respect of labor standards, in order to avoid exploitation of children or other persons, and to be closer to our clients.

  • How long does it take to make the jewelry?

  • The lead time between your order and delivery is 3 or 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the jewelry piece.
    This duration is necessary because we never mass-produce. Each gemstone is handpicked and the jewelry is handcrafted including the stone setting. The final product is then meticulously controlled to ensure it meets the highest quality standards before shipping.
    Additionally, the estimated delivery date is always indicated on the product page.

  • My gift card has expired, what can I do?

  • The Milyki “signature” gift card is valid for one year from the moment of its purchase.This validity period cannot be extended. Any non-used amount cannot be reimbursed, exchanged or compensated. More info about gift card.

  • What is the quality of the diamonds?

  • Unless otherwise specified, Milyki utilizes diamonds which are ethically sourced, G color, VS clarity with an excellent cut. This corresponds to high standards in jewelry industry. Many jewelers propose lower quality diamonds such as H-SI which have a more yellow-ish color and more inclusions. We don’t recommend this category of diamonds.
    We strongly believe that G-VS is the best quality-price choice, you will obtain a radiant shine without having to bear an excessive cost which does not bring any value to the beauty of the jewelry. Above G-VS quality, even an experienced gemologist cannot detect any difference with naked eyes.

  • Are the gemstones and jewelry certified?

  • Yes. Every jewelry will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity.Diamonds larger than 0.3 carat will be accompanied by an additional certificate delivered by international and independent laboratories such as GIA and HRD.

  • Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

  • No. Signing up and creating an account on Milyki web site is not needed to make a purchase. However, with your personal account, you can easily manage delivery addresses, check status of orders at any time without having to wait for email notifications.

  • Do I have to pay additional taxes or custom duties in my country?

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes.
    In case of delivery in Switzerland or European Union, there is absolutely no other additional cost or tax.
    In case of delivery out of European Union and Switzerland, the client becomes the importer. In this case, we will automatically deduct the Swiss VAT before the purchase confirmation and payment.   • What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Swiss Postcard.

  • Is the online payment secured?

  • Online payment on Milyki website is totally secured and is very important for the safety of our clients. The transaction is fully encrypted by our payment service provider Swiss PostFinance. Milyki does not read or store your payment credentials, these information are directly managed Swiss Postfinance or PayPal, responsible for the transaction. More info about secured payment.

  • What are the accepted currencies?

  • On the web site, you can choose between EUR (Euros) and CHF (Swiss francs). Unfortunately, we don't accept any other currency.

  • How can I pay in 3 installments?

  • At checkout, just choose the option "Payment 3x with Visa or MasterCard". One third of the amount will be paid immediately. The remaining amount will be automatically charged to your credit card after one and two months. We don't charge any additional cost for this payment service.

  • Where do you ship to?

  • We ship worldwide. The package is fully insured until delivery against your signature.

  • What is the shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free for all orders worldwide. More info about shipping.

  • Is the package secured during shipping and delivery?

  • Yes. Not only it is secured by our partners during transportation, the package is fully insured by Milyki until delivery and your signature.

  • Can I return my order?

  • Yes. The right to change one’s mind without any fees and explanations is essential for a pleasant and safe purchase. After the receipt of your package and within 30 days you can benefit from the free return or free exchange service.

  • How long is the warranty?

  • We are very confident about the quality of our products, this is why we offer a 3 year warranty against flaws or hidden defects on all products sold.

  • How to have my ring resized?

  • Please just contact us by email info@milyki.com and indicate your purchase order number. We will guide you step by step to send back the ring for a resize. More info about ring resize conditions.
